Warranty
Each Massager series is provided with a 100% guarantee against any manufacturing defect. Our guarantee does not apply to damaged products which are used or damaged during transportation. You can inform the issue to our sales department with photos and videos by any communication methods within a month from the date you received the products.
In the case of the manufacturing defect, our quality department will evaluate the issue immediately. Once we have agreement on the quality, PapaMassage Factory will provide the best solution for you!
DAMAGE GOOD AND SHORTAGES
We exercise great care when packaging goods. Any and all damages and /or shortages must be reported to PapaMassge. within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. If any boxes arrived opened, re-taped or damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier. Save the original carton(s) for their inspection.
REPLENISHMENT-All the damaged or shortage of merchandise and package, will send to our customer in the next order, If refusal results because of PapaMassage fault, the order will be fully credited or reshipped at our own expense.
All PapaMassage products are warrantied for the lifetime of the product subject to the following warranty exceptions.
Warranty Exceptions
••Any warranty claim arising from product accidental damage, misuse, alteration, neglect, incorrect installation or failure to use the product under normal operating conditions and in line with GOGOLADA operation instructions.
•Costs relating to the packaging, transport, collection and return of faulty goods – all product returns to be suitably packaged to protect units from damage in transit.
•Damage caused by lightning, water, fire, acts of god, public disturbances, terrorism, incorrect power supplies, power shortages, unusual physical or electrical stress, or any other cause beyond the control of PapaMassage.
Non-Warranty Repairs
If a product becomes damaged through no fault of materials or workmanship and hence is not covered by the lifetime warranty, then PapaMassage service agent will attempt to assist customers with their requirements.
