1. Can I get samples before ordering?
Of course! Your can get a inventory sample before ordering to make sure our product’s quality and manufacturing technology.
2. What is the lead time of samples?
Generally speaking,samples could be sent within 1-7days according to sample quantity and our stock status.

3. How to place an order with your company?
Please send us your order list in an Excel or word format, it include item No., quantity, color, size and prices. We will check and email you back if they are in stock.

4. How to cooperate?

5. Do you have your own designs for choice?

6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FEDEX or TNT, also can ship by air, which usually takes 5-7 working days to arrive.
By Air , it can be within 7 days.
By Ocean, Shipping time about 20 to 45 days,
Such as 20 to 25 days arrival at west coast of North America.
30 to 45 Days arrival at anywhere in the Europe.
You can choose air shipping or sea shipping by our forwarder, appointed forwarder is also accepted.In usual we choose DHL for our air shipping agent,and for sea shipping,our usual export port is Shenzhen/ Guangzhou . Certainly,if you have any other request of shipping,we also can arrange it according your demands.
7. What is your delivery time?
It may takes about 20 business days for big order, and 5 business days for small order

8. How can we change to our own package?
Please send us your artwork of package, your logo, we will print out here in China. and packaged all goods well for you before shipping out.
9. Which file better for my designs?
You can send your own design for us, and please offer us your PSD, AI or JPG files. We can make the sample pictures for you before ordering.
10. Do you offer discount for mass production?
Sure, we can discuss when the design, material, and the quantity are confirmed.
11. What payment terms are available?
1.Our available Payment terms are included T/T, Paypal, Western Union.
2.30% deposit, the balance should be paid before the delivery
3.For small order, 100% T/T in advance.
Which payment methods are available? Is it safe?

16. Q:How to import as I didn’t do it before?
A:For small order, you can only place order with us and do the payment, we will check the stock and send goods out by DHL(etc), it is door to door, so you don’t have to worry about this. 18. What if we received the damaged and shortage goods in transportation?
We follow the standard requests of package based on experience of delivery. Any damages or shortages must be reported to PapaMassage if you met the problem. Within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. If any boxes arrived opened, re-taped or damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier. Save the original carton(s) for their inspection. All the damaged or shortage of merchandise and package, will send to our customer in the next order, If refusal results because of PapaMassage fault, the order will be fully credited or reshipped at our own expense.
