Full Schedule Inspecition
Raw Material Inspection
Quality is ensured right from the first testing of incoming material, All raw materials are verified for conformance upon receipt.
The material is carefully examined and selected. Plastics are suppled by top materials suppliers.
Visual Inspection
Technicians are trained to identify and rectify the following defects;
Loop Inspection
Thorough in-process inspection throughout the whole production process and consistent supervision from a semi-finished product to assembly.
Assembly Testing
We assemble and debug until each part is precisely assembled. We guarantee each part in position to perform as efficiently as possible.
Finished Quality Control
Final inspection in the manufacturing process, making sure the completed product is well prepared to go to a warehouse.
Outgoing Quality Control
Inspection for inventory before shipment to a customer. Additional quality safeguard to ensure your satisfaction.
Incoming Quality Control
We proceed quality control from raw material to packing material, all information of the incoming parts is recorded and coded.
